Selling my 1967 cadillac Miller Meteor hearse. I bought this car a few years ago to use as a halloween prop, it had sat for years before I bought it. At some time the engine was replaced with a 472 and a TH400 automatic transmission. When I bought the car I cleaned up the engine and got it running, went through the brakes and flushed the system with new brake fluid, and I also replaced the tires. I drove the car once on the road to a halloween party just to verify the transmission worked ok, the car ran and drove fine. The gas tank was out of the car when I bought it and a fuel cell was in the back, that is now gone as it was not safe. I have the car running on a small jug now just to move it around for use as a halloween prop. The car will need restoration, it has rust in the floors, lower body panels and bottoms of some of the doors, the frame however is excellent with no rot. The wood in the back is rotten and will need replacing, interior panels are there but are water damaged. All glass is good, windshield has some wiper scratches and I think there is one bullseye chip in it but no cracks. The car is not road drivable as is, will need a gas tank and some work on the lights, the reverse lights are not working and the turn signals I believe also were not working. Overall the car condition is fair to rough, but when I was looking for an older hearse this was the oldest one I could find. New hearses just arent scary enough! I am ready for something else for halloween so time to move this car. Selling the engine and trans and scrapping the body is an easy $1000 but I would rather see the car used, they dont make them like this anymore. Car is to paid for in cash, no checks. $100 deposit via paypal within 24 hours of the auction end and is non refundable. Balance due within 7 days in cash, I can store the car up to 30 days if you need time to pick it up. If you need more time than that get with me before bidding.  Car is located in NY zip 12538, check mapquest to that zip code for a good idea of drive time. This car is huge, about 24 feet long and probably 7000lbs or better, so dont think you are towing this home on some toy trailer, this is real steel, so be prepared.
