Bid only if your serious - Do not bid until You Talk To Your Wife , Mother In Law or whoever .Your bid is a contract to buy . 2000 CHEVY MONTE CARLO SS PACE CAR MPG 20 City - 29 Hwy . 1 of 2,222 factory Y92 replicas based from the Monte Carlo Pace Car that paced the 1999 Indy 500. 3.8 litre Engine ,Remote Alarm ,Sun Roof ,4 speed Automatic w/Overdrive,Driver and Passenger Airbags, 4 wheel Disc Brakes . CAR HAS SALVAGE CERTIFICATE -MOST REPAIRS HAVE BEEN DONE -DEVELOPED ROD KNOCK RUNS AND DRIVES GOOD . Car ran and handled excellent after accident , tracked straight and handled great no vibrations -tires wore evenly was Fast & Economical to Drive .Car is loaded with options including power sunroof and every other GM option ,tires are more than 75% tread , Interior needs cleaning but is in nice condition except for drivers seat cover which can be repaired or seat cover -see pics . Car comes with Pennsylvania Salvage certificate -Minor Hit while parked in shopping center -side angled front impact to front bumper driver front fender, door and mirror,-Air Bags did not deploy -Mirror replaced bumper popped out and door and fender mostly repaired- some cosmetics needed to look 100%. Left side was undamaged other than normal dings . .Other New Parts Included -New inner and outer Tie Rod End Plus Turn Signal-Dimmer Cruise Control Switch . New plug wires and plugs were installed and that's when engine developed Rod Knock and also exhaust leak after changing plugs which required removing engine mounts and jacking up engine to access rear plugs.Body is Rust Free -Interior is nice except front driver seat .Great project for the right person - common replacement motor at Harry's you pull it is $175 or repair this one. Car originally red .Previous owner removed pace car side decals -outlines of which are visible only under certain light conditions-About $60 to $100 on Ebay. My son who is the owner of the car is physically disabled and repairs are beyond his physical abilities since the rod nock . Car must be picked up on trailer -Engine still runs and is driveable but further engine damage could occur .Car can be seen in Chalfont, Pa. Contact 215-559-1217 for inspection or other information .
