Up for sale here is an all original 1971 Buick Riviera. This is the first year of the Boat Tail. It has the 455 Cubic Inch Engine, which is the largest engine of the Boat Tails. For the next two years they down-sized the engine each year. Rare car and this one is in Very Good Original Condition. Could be a daily driver. Runs Great!This one was owned by an elderly lady who drove it around town and always kept it garaged. Odometer reads 39,370.We can't confirm, but judging by no wear on the pedals or steering wheel this could very well be the true reading. New tires, New Five Core Radiator, New Belts and Hoses. New plugs, plug wires and battery. Also replaced fuel sending unit for gas gauge. No oil or fluid leaks. Original AM/FM Radio that still works. Power Windows. Power Seat, (Power seat at the time is not operating) Easy fix?AC was working, but isn't now, believe it needs a recharge. Has a small dent on the passenger rear side. (see pics). Beautiful Chrome and Trim. Vinyl Top and dash are both in excellent cond. with no cracks are tears. Beautiful interior, but back seats have two splits at the seams. (see pics)Seats are a nice deep black, but was hard to show this in my pics, due to sun glare. Carpet in back is perfect, but carpet in front under under floor mat (drivers side) has rips and also a few snags. Paint is original so has some knicks and chips here and there as to be expected for a vehicle that is over 40 years old. We have owned this car for approximately three years but we have acquired too many vehicles!!! We did not want to let this beauty sit, and have decided to put her up for sale, so that someone could truely enjoy her!We have set a very reasonable reserve on this classic!!! A non-refundable $500.00 deposit is expected within 3 business days through Paypal or by Cashiers check. The balance to be paid in full upon pick-up with a cashiers check or cash. We are very knit-picky and have looked this car over closely to be sure that we have listed any flaws or issues that are apparent. This really is a nice car!
