1971 VW Westfalia, bought this in hopes of replacing the Westy interior and shipping off to Germany, they pay good money for a rust free Westy in Europe. I got way to busy for it so I just bought some original seats, rear and middle to enjoy with the kids. Bus runs excellent with a strong/torquey 1600 and 4 speed trans that does not pop out of gear and shifts smoothly, first year factory disc brakes, all lights work, windows, sliding door all work flawlessly. Passenger door only opens from the outside im guessing the cable to the latch needs replacing, needs canvas, other than that it's ready to drive anywhere. I have a set of Halogen headlights a Pertronix distributor and the starter relay fix kit, comes with the sale. New tires, new steering box, new front seat upholstery, C/D and speaker box.
