V8 Auto-Transmission; power steering; power disc brakes; factory air conditioning. Avanti Gold exterior; cream/fawn interior. Laser straight body (40 hours of blocking prior to paint). Paint job is absolutely stunning……a perfect factory color match. As is the interior – near perfect upholstery throughout…no rips, worn areas or stains anywhere. All stainless is in excellent condition – bumpers and grille are straight, no rust anywhere. Signature factory seat belt sets (front & rear). Dash and gauges are in excellent original condition. All gauges are clear and work perfect, including vacuum gauge and clock (keeps perfect time); radio, heater, air conditioning and all red dash lights work as original including overhead control switches (aircraft style). Glove box and hidden vanity are in perfect original condition. Trunk area is in “as new” condition; spare tire and tools are in place from new with original jacking instructions. Hub caps are dead straight original with “as new” radial tires (period correct narrow white walls). Engine is professionally rebuilt per factory specs with approximate 4100 miles since built (2 years driving….4yrs storage). All work done at 85,000 miles, currently the car has 90,090 original miles. Motor runs clean and strong (very strong…). Engine compartment is completely original and detailed. All engine stainless, chrome, paint and factory decals are in place and in excellent condition…..see pics. Underside is as original, never damaged, torque boxes are original (no rust); exhaust is in great condition (sounds like a muscle car; a bit loud for me…..I’m old). Transmission (3 sp. Auto) is tight, shifts are positive and crisp, zero slippage like it should be. All new starter (new; not rebuilt); solenoid and cables (Jan. ’13). Always starts first touch. All this car needs is to be driven. All I’ve done is store it. When you see it you will find it hard to believe that it is 50 years old.
