The car was also Night Mist blue with deluxe interior, which is an extremely beautiful and desirable color. This car started out life as one of the nicest 67 fastbacks on the street. The great thing about this car is that it still retains its original engine and transmission, making it the perfect car to restore back to a numbers matching highly collectible and highly valuable when finished 67 Fastback. The car has a bunch of new sheet metal on it. Original VIN is double stamped on the passenger side front fender apron. The car is mostly complete. Most importantly t has its original 390 GT engine, and original RUG-M 4 speed toploader transmission.Marti Report:Serial Number 7F02S1334361967Built at DearbornMustang Fastback390-4V Engine7F02SDOOR DATA PLATE INFORMATION33436th Ford vehicle scheduled for production at Dearborn63B Mustang FastbackK Nightmist Blue Paint, Ford #1903-A6B Blue Décor Bucket Seats14M Scheduled For Build: December 14, 196641 Chicago Ordering District D 3.25 Limited Slip Rear Axle5 Four-Speed Manual TransmissionDEALER#: 41E045Your vehicle was ordered with the following features:GT Equipment GroupFour-Speed Manual TransmissionLimited Slip DifferentialConvenience Control PanelF70-14 Wide Oval TiresWhite Sidewall Nylon TiresFirestone Brand Name TiresConsoleDeluxe Steering WheelSport Deck Rear SeatTilt-Away Steering WheelAM RadioExterior Decor GroupInterior Decor GroupTinted GlassStyled Steel WheelsYour car was actually produced on December 19, 1966 -- five days behind schedule.Engine Breakdown:Block C6ME-A Date Code 6K28Intake Manifold - Original S Code Intake with 6K14 Date CodesHeads - C7AE-A 390 GT heads with 6K12 Dates390 GT Exhaust ManifoldsWater Pump was changed at some point in the cars life.Original Carb and Distributor are gone.Still has the Power steering Pump and Power Steering Cooler!!!Engine has been with this car and all the dates are correct for the time frame in which the car was built. The engine runs great. It was recently run in another mustang that I had. It’s a very good and strong running 390 GT motor.Transmission: Original RUG-M 4 speed toploader with a K date code on it. 4 Speed Pedals are still in the car.Eleanor Body Kit:The car comes with a complete Shelby Eleanor kit that was from rebel mustangs. A couple of the pieces need repair. The hood us really nice as is the Shelby Decklid. Comes with all the side scoops, front nose, rear panel etc. Couple of the pieces do need fiberglass work. Comes with Billett upper and lower grilles and the Fog Lights.Glass:I have all of the glass for the car and it is in great shape with no cracks.Interior:I have the front seats and a back seat for the car. I have a few small interior panels and rear trim pieces. Most of the deluxe interior parts are gone. I have a restored set of deluxe 6K Tachometer gauges that will go with the car if the BUY NOW price is used. I do not have the original consoles. The original tilt column is gone.Suspension:Some of the suspension on the car is new but has been on the car a while. I have new tie rods ends and drag link ends that will go with the car. The shocks front and rear are new. It has a newer set of HD leaf springs in the rear. Power steering rack is gone. Currently has manual rack and PB parts are gone also. Currently has drum brakes all the way around.Body Panels:Ok now I’ll go over the body panels. The dash panel is very nice and has not been cut. The deluxe heater controls are still in the dash. The fenders are brand new RH and LH and fit great. The fender aprons are solid and so is the radiator support. The front battery tray RH Apron was replaced. The front LH apron is original and is double VIN Stamped. The firewall is very nice and solid overall. The RH firewall panels outside the apron has some repairs done to it. The cowl is nice and not rusty. The floor has subframe connectors made into it and the floor pans have been patched. I would recommend putting a full one piece floor in if you are doing a restoration and wanting the car to look original. If not, the floor could be left as its solid just has patch panels and subframe connectors. The doors seem to be nice and solid. They are in primer and have had the bodywork already done to them. They are nice originals that fit the quarters and fenders nicely. The car has brand new one piece full quarters on both sides. The upper vents were shaved but it would be easy to reverse and put the vents back in. You can see good from the inside and just cut them back out.The car has new inner and out wheelhouses on both sides under the new quarter panels. The car also has brand new full frame rails on the rear, both sides, and it has also had a brand new full one piece trunk area that went in at the taillight panels and the wheel houses. One big piece, very nice. Shelby fiberglass hood and shelby decklid. Now, there is still one piece in the rear that needs some work and it’s the inner structure. At one point and time this car must has been tubbed and they cut up the rear trap door panel. Dynacorn sells them brand new. I would recommend having a new trap door panel installed. Also some of the inner structure under that mounts to the wheelhouse was cut and needs repaired. Trunk hinges needs to be straightened but the trap door panel should fix that.Overall the car is very solid. Inside the trunk looks brand new. Frame rails in the rear are brand new full rails and the front rails are very nice and solid with no rust. Not very often do you see NightMist Blue 67 S Code GT 4 speed fastbacks come up for sale. That is one of the most desired and valuable color and car combinations for all of the 67-68 Mustang fastbacks. Thanks for viewing and please ask any questions or come and inspect the car for yourself anytime. I will ship the car anywhere in the world at the buyer’s expense. International Buyers Welcome! The car does roll and steer very easily. Engine is now in car.Car is sold as-is with no warranty.
