This is a great California truck. The truck was originally owned by a pilot who stored it in his hanger and drove it to and from occasionally. We have owned it for 8 years. And, although it is a family favorite, we just can not justify keeping it. We have a daughter starting college and can not justify it sitting around and not being used. We always wanted a nice, original high boy, and it will be a sad day when it leaves. We know that someone else would be happy to have an original "High Boy." This truck is a true American classic truck....and this one is factory original black. We have sold many vehicles in the past through Ebay and try to describe the vehicle as best as possible. Please email with any questions and review photos and video for condition. When we purchased the truck we were told it had a recent rebuild. We were also told that it had been babied and serviced regularly. The truck has always been in CA and is virtually rust free. The top of the cab some surface rust that we made no effort to clean prior to taking photos. It is from the sun wearing the paint away and it was not repainted. When we purchased the truck it ran perfectly and we have only put about 50 miles on it. It still runs strong. We did have to rebuild the carburetor recently. We have sold many vehicles on Ebay and we really try our best to represent them as best as we can. If you have any questions, please email us and we will do our best. We are also willing to send you a video to listen to it running. We do have an original factory Ford Camper Shell on it. Those are very hard to find. The truck is in its original condition. It is an original black truck with black interior. Truck has old cracking tires but they do have a lot of tread. It does have the original spare. The last time it was smogged in CA was in 2006 and it passed. Nothing has been changed but we are selling as is and won't smog it. Exterior is original and it shows. One window crank is really difficult to roll up. The dash pad is cracked. The door seals and window felt needs to be replaced. The blinkers aren't working quite right....its a common issue with Fords. The truck is a four speed and the tranny functions great. It has 410 gsear. Clean title. 109,622 miles. The rear truck bed has cracking paint. You are welcome to call us or email us about the truck. Just send a message through Ebay and we will respond. We really did our best to take multiple pictures so that you can see the condition of the truck. It is by no means a show truck and is not perfect. It shows regular wear for its age. As it sits, it runs well and looks good but could easily be redone. It has a good, solid base to make a great truck. I may consider delivery of the truck to Oregon for a fee. This will need to be discussed if you are interested and it would need to be off of the I5 corridor. Buyer is responsible to pay for shipping. A non-refundable deposit of $500 must be made upon the end of auction via paypal. The remaining payment can be made via personal check, wire transfer, cashiers check or money order but the payment must clear before the truck can be picked up. The truck will need to be picked up with in 30 days, no exception. It will need to be picked up from our home.
