Vehicle Detail
You are bidding on a rolling project that lacks about a days worth of mechanic work to put it back on the road. This was an everyday driver up until 2012 when it's original 6 cyl engines rings wore out. The owner pulled the engine and transmission and replaced it with an identical 6 cyl that had less than 40,000 miles on it. However, during the removal and installation process, for some reason he pulled the distributor and could not figure out how to wire the truck back up ( the same guy tried to install this engine and tranny with the drive shaft still hooked to the rear end, if that tells you anything) so the truck sat behind his garage with the bed full of junk for 2 years. This is what the truck needs to be drivable again. Needs: A battery, an alternator, distributor wired up, exhaust pipe from the bottom of the manifold to the exhaust (the exhaust itself is new) Shifter re installed ,and the driveshaft removed and installed, that's about it. The tires are good, rims are painted cherry red, they are deep dish with 69 camaro style poverty caps, brakes are good, has a brand new fuel tank and sending unit. Body wise, of course it needs rockers, the driver side isn't too bad but the passenger side is gone ( you can buy one new on ebay for $20.00) cab corners have been patched with filler, someone backed into the bed and pushed it up into the back of the driver side cab, this dented it in and it will need pushed back out, driver side bed fender has a cut above the tire, tail gate is there but not the best, windshield is cracked, needs dash pad, needs door panels, floor pan has patches, seat is from a newer truck. You could leave the truck as is for the rat look, or this is a good truck for a restoration. With a days work and maybe $100-200.00 you can be driving this, I work 2nd shift and do not have the time to work on it, I'd rather devote my time to my family, so my loss is your gain. There is not a title but I do have the registration, that's all you need with a bill of sale for you to register the truck. Check with your local dmv to verify. full payment is due within 5 days of auction end, after I am paid you may have as long as need be for transport at no storage charge, all I ask is a days notice before pick up so I can have it pulled out and ready for you. Please ask any questions prior to bidding and if you want Additional photos feel free to ask and I will post them. Thanks and have a blessed day.
