1931 Ford Model A - 2 door Sedan- I had to put in a type of title but there is NOT a title for this car - No Reserve - But if it doesn't sell feel free to keep the offers coming so far lots ta $3000 high one is $3500. NO OVER SEAS BIDDERS I Believe I have found the Vin number : though not real readable eon the plate on the fire wall the PA sticker from 1972 does seem to show the VIN number as 4414240 or it may be 4414740 hopefully that will help for a title NEW INFO - Someone suggested the engine serial number is the VIN number , If that is so Here is the engine serial number A317626 but that does not even come close to what is on the sticker - pictures of both added This is a project Car that it has become evident I'm not going to get to any time soon : I have had it for 36 years - all of them but 2 months it has been stored inside. I have collected many parts for it , but have had other projects / work / and house projects that have always taken priority, Time for someone to actually DO something with it ! I have no knowledge of the condition of the original engine or drive train - I never tried to start it - My plan was always to Street Rod it and if it doesn't sell then it will stay on that list. That said , it looks to be all their except for a 6V battery and the Fuel line is just hanging. Also missing is the back splash pan & running boards Front fenders are off and hanging upstairs in Primer - very strait Rear fenders are off & solid but pretty wrinkled as pictures show , They are certainly fixable and it's always nice to have ALL STEEL There is a grill shell on it with some small dents & an extra one with a stone shield on it The hood on it is in rough shape but solid , but the one in the Box with side skirts I bought is perfect Original bumpers are on it - Chrome set in boxes on wall All original glass is there , none is broken All original wheels & tires , 3 hold air - 1 holds air long enough to roll it out and load it up Wood inside looks to be good with exception of the front roof rail & the right corner of the roof wood that had that damage when I bought it ( Someone had slapped a bunch of roof tar on it also) , so that will need work whether going original or Street Seats are there but really only the metal shells - the fabric, what is left, is shot. Pictures should show condition pretty well - I think you would be hard pressed to find and East Coast 31 in this good a starting condition Feel free to ask questions - I can help load PLEASE...
