1971 Volkswagen Type III Square Back ORIGINAL CAR NO RESERVE!!!! Here is a 1971 Volkswagen Type III Square Back I purchased with plans to restore... Life happens and I don't have the time to get into it right now so selling it here at NO RESERVE! I looked for a long time to find a clean, straight, un messed with car and this is the one. If you want to get one to restore or have some fun with this is the car to start with. It is a totally original car minus some paint work and dual weber carbs that were added. The car starts right up every time and runs truly amazing. It comes with the original parts that were taken off and the only thing missing is the shift knob someone had to steal out of the car. Very minimal little rusts spots, the interior is in amazing original shape and the tires are like new. Before I got it the recent repairs that were done were the front shocks, electronic ignition, rear rubber mat, new clutch, new bushing kit, and new battery.
