I have a beautiful original 1967 Cougar XR7 for sale. Here is the story: Was with grandma, the 4th documented owner, for the past 7 years. Car was in the garage and rarely driven. With grandmas house sale the Cougar lost its home. The Xr7 has 129k actual miles. I have driven the car 200 miles over the past 2 days, runs drives as it should. Gauges, tach, sequential tail lights, blower motor, wipers, it all works. The air blows, but not cold, the headlight doors open but do not shut unless you do it manually. The car was fun to drive and plenty of thumbs up when I was behind the wheel. The car is an unrestored original. The underside is very good, solid, trunk has the houndstooth mat with the cardboard still there. The car looks good, with a ding and donk here and there, but very presentable. The car has a 289 with a Dan Gurney chrome dress up kit, C 4 trans and single exhaust. The Cougar starts right up and drives straight and solid. The brakes are non power drums, so they stop the car like non power drum brakes do. This is a really nice original classic. I took a great number of pictures so you can judge yourself. I am selling at no reserve with a very fair starting price. A 500 dollar deposit is due at 48 hours after auctions end. Any and all questions will be answered quickly.
