up for sale is a solid 69 firebird convertible HO 350 and phs documents to prove it . it is a 350 ho muncie m20 posi rear drive train. the engine was completely rebuilt from previous owner . it starts right up and sounds great through the brand new flow master exhaust . it has brand new gas tank and gas lines and a new gas gauge sender unit . it is an air condition car from the factory and has a rebuilt compressor it is missing the condenser and hoses. it has a new radiator and hoses .it has new rear brakes with new brake lines and new master cylinder. the brakes are non power . the car is real solid and has solid rockers and frame rails. the floor and trunk pan are solid . the car needs body panel work . but it has all its original panels and it has what is left of its original paint which is midnight green .the convertible top frame is non power and is rust free. it needs a new top canvas . the glass is in good condition and work properly. the doors need new skins but they are rust free and close like new with no sag . i was going to keep this car and restore it for my self but life has a way of changing things so i will have to pass it to someone else who loves these cars as much as i do. it is a solid project that is going to be great when finished. this car is a rare model with a 4speed an air conditioning. the am radio still works. i just installed the white face gauges and the oil and temp gauges . the motor at idle shows 60 psi of oil pressure. . i have not driven it yet because the front tires are dry rotted and will not hold air . it has a clear title and it is ready for a new owner. if you have any questions please ask . i have the right to end the sale early due to it being for sale locally. winning bidder must pay a non refundable 500.00 dollar deposit due 24 hrs after auctions end. the car is being sold as is and not returnable or guarenteed in any way. THE CAR IS BEING RELISTED BECAUSE THE WINNING BIDDER SHOWED UP AND AFTER 4 HOURS OF TRYING TO DECIVER THE ENGINE CODE WE COULD NOT BE SURE IT WAS A NUMBERS MATCHING MOTOR. SO HE BACKED OUT OF THE SALE. the engine code says WN but the vin code does not match the car . but the head have a 48 on them and the intake code seems right. the block build date says P 129 but i can't seem to verify if it correct or not. the phs documents show that it is a 350 ho car with a 4speed tranni and posi track rear. the tranni codes seem to be correct for a 69 firebird. it is a muncie m20. this car is rare they only made 112 of them this way. this car will be worth restoring . please if you need any more info ask now and not after the auction ends. and don't show up thinking your going to drive it home. it needs to be trailered . it is a project car . thanks and happy bidding.
