For auction is a moderately restored1968 Honda SS125. The bike started out as metallic blue, and sat stored in a building for almost 40 years. The bikes odometer shows four thousand some miles. The frame has been powder coated black and other pieces done in base- clear. The original seat cover has a small tear covered by black tape, see pic. The rear tire and tube are new, the battery is two years old, I keep it on a tender when bike sits. Carb was cleaned, New pistons and rings, New aftermarket coils, NOS throttle cable. The fenders and tank are base- clear. The lights and horn work. Brakes work fine and the clutch feels good. The handle bars show minor pitting. The 4 bolts that hold the bars down need replaced. The mufflers are solid, I did them in black because they were dull, I did notice a few pinholes, not bad these are usually rotted badly. The rear rim was pitted and dull so I did it in black also. The bike has a clear PA title in my name, I have had the bike a few years now. Overall not bad, some of the cosmetics are not perfect, please understand. Now for the issue, the bike has been fouling plugs. I haven't taken the time to really look at it. Please understand the bike runs good and shifts good, but when it fouls a plug, it starts missing. With some diligence this little beauty will be great. If you have any questions PLEASE ask prior to bidding, I have explained this to the best of my ability, I may have missed something.
