Quality Pre-Owned Vehicles That Are Fun To Buy! Thank you for considering my vehicle! My name is Ed Zarick and I have been a licensed and bonded, independent auto dealer for over 23 years here in Florida. For over the past 12 years, I have sold literally hundreds of quality cars and trucks at great prices here on eBay Motors and will continue to do so for years to come. Don't let the low price make you think something's wrong! I work by myself and I can afford to sell for considerably less than the car lots do. This is no part-time endeavor for me! It's what I do to support my family! In order for me to stay competetive in a crowded market place, I have to work harder then the other guy to earn your business and that is what I do. You will always get 100% personalized service to be sure your experience is a good one. Never any extra "dealer fees", just a simple and honest, no-nonsense approach that is easy to deal with. I want to earn your business now and in the future! Just check my feedback, it speaks volumes! All my offerings are put through a service/safety check and road test to be sure they are safe and road worthy. I make sure the oil has been changed and do an inspection of the brakes, belts, hoses, cooling system, fluid levels, etc. Of course, every vehicle will ride and drive with the engine and transmission performing as expected. If you would prefer to have a third party inspect the car before bidding, I am most willing to help you facilitate that. I know of several shops in town that will deal with you directly or you are welcome to locate one on your own. Either way, I will deliver the car there for you and pick it up after inspection for no extra charge. Of course, the shop would charge a nominal fee and would bill you directly, but I will even reimburse your inspection charges if you end up buying the vehicle!!! I know it can be hard to buy a vehicle that you can't see in person, so I will do my best to present it as well as I possibly can through pictures and accurate description. What you will get from me is an honest, down to earth presentation with any notable cosmetic issues disclosed. What you won't get is a flowery, over exaggerated sales pitch that makes a car seem better than new or bigger than life! Check my feedback and you will see what other happy customers have to say. That's my best advertisement! If you have ANY questions at all, please feel free to call me on my mobile phone @ 239-940-4170. I am more than willing to to address any concerns you may have about the vehicle, the price, finalizing the deal, taking possession or any other details. If there is ANYTHING at all I can do to help you make your decision, please just let me know!! I want to be better than the "other guys"! Well, on to the vehicle! Just so you know, whether you decide to fly in and drive home or have the vehicle shipped, I will assist you any way I can on this end by setting up the transport or meeting with you at a mutual convenient time. I am very easy to work with!!! Please be sure to read the bidding/buying guidelines at the bottom of the page, they are very important. I thank you in advance for your business and your trust in me! MY $500.00 GUARANTEE When you arrive to pick up your vehicle and if it's not what I described, I will refund your deposit and give you $500.00 for your time. Also if you have the vehicle shipped to you and it is not what I described, I will refund your purchase price + $500.00 for your inconvenience. I want you to be confident in my description so that you can bid without worry. *does not apply to immaterial or minor imperfections, just the important aspects of the vehicle only. Any damages incurred during transportation and shipping are covered by the transporters or the customers insurance and are not applicable to my guarantee. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to receive and to return vehicle to Ft. Myers and the purchase price will be refunded when I receive the vehicle in the same condition as when delivered. Customer must contact me within 24 hours of receipt of vehicle. Wow! What a SWEET Mustang! Just got in this restored 1965 Hardtop with a later model 5.0 V-8 mated to a 5 speed manual transmission, power steering, cold air conditioning and power front disc brakes! Super straight and clean, bright chrome and trim, scooped fiberglass hood, sweet 17" American Racing polished wheels with new tires and an awesome high end, pale yellow paint job on a solid rust free body! And it is every bit as nice in person as in the pictures! An expensive resto, recent completed and ready to enjoy right away! You will be proud to own and drive this classic!! According to the data plate, this car started out as a silver blue metallic 6 cylinder/automatic built in NJ in July 1965. Made a great foundation for all the additional goodies! I have been all over the car with a magnet and cannot find any Bondo work or repairs. To the best of my ability, it appears to me to be all original steel other than than the fiberglass hood. I can tell you this, the paint job was NOT cheap! I have restored a few cars myself and I would equate the finish to an app. $5000.00 job! You could put this Mustang in any car show and have plenty of people drooling with envy! Deep shine with nothing to take away from the WOW factor! And the black vinyl top is new too! I really like the pale yellow with black top and interior, good color combination for sure. All the chrome work is bright and excellent, ranging from new looking bumpers/trim/window and tail light surrounds to extra nice driver quality door handles and passenger side mirror. Some very minor chrome pitting on those, could be the originals. On a scale of 1-10, I would give the exterior a 9.9! The interior looks to be a mix of original and new combined and is very clean and comfortable, I would give that an 8. It does have a new padded dash pad, headliner and replaced carpets. The drivers seat has a couple light seam splits, the new headliner has two holes, the passenger seat has the center emblem missing and there are some other minor signs of wear on some original 1965 parts. You will see that in the pictures below. Aftermarket CD stereo and cold air conditioning make for a comfortable and enjoyable driving experience! And the drive is wonderful! I do not know what year the motor or transmission are, if they have been rebuilt or not, nor the mileage on them. I do know it starts right up in the morning, no bad noises or smoking and the in-dash gauge shows great oil pressure. Runs down the road smooth and strong as it should with plenty of power. Feels like it might have a mild cam installed, nice lopey idle for that vintage hot rod feel! The transmission shifts as it should with no synchro grinds and the clutch feels perfect. I would guess the clutch would have been replaced as it feels so good. I did figure out it has app. 3.56 gears with a posi or limited slip rear. Correct me if I am wrong- Both tires turn in the same direction when spinning off the ground and the driveshaft turns 3 1/2 turns per one turn of the tire. Should be 3.56 or very close to that. Overall a very solid feeling car that is fun to drive!! Let me quickly highlight some of what I found--- front and rear sway bars with new bushings--new shocks front and rear--new rear leaf springs with new bolts and bushings--possibly new front coil springs as the stance is just right!--new Federal SuperSteel 595 radials, 235/45/R17 tires in the rear and 215/45/R17 tries up front--17" polished American Racing Wheels with the rears looking to be a size wider than the fronts-- true dual exhaust with crossover H pipe and O2 sensors for the motor to run right-- solid original floorboards, rocker panels, trunk pan and shock/suspension mounts--new rubber weatherstripping/seals--new wiring, possible complete body harness. It just looks as the goal was to make an older car as much as new and up to date as possible without spending a small fortune. This restoration would be considered a very well done frame on restoration. Not a rotisserie $100,000.00 plus job reserved for high end collectible cars, but rather what you would do if you wanted as new a factory looking example you could get with a more modern engine and transmission. All the while keeping the cost this side of the stratosphere!! One thing for sure, you could not replace this Mustang in this condition for what I am asking, not even close! And it's ready to go right now! Anyway, be sure to look over the detailed pictures below. I have a bunch of them and they are part of the description, so it will give you an excellent overview to help with your decision. PLEASE feel free to call me directly on my cell phone with any questions at all you may have @ 239-940-4170. I want you to be completely comfortable with your transaction and enjoy the whole experience! If you are seriously considering a purchase, let me know if there is anything else I can clarify. I will be glad to walk around the car with you on the phone. Thank you for your consideration! With all that is offered here, my buy it now price should make a lot of sense! Take advantage of a quick purchase with no chance of losing it to someone else or I would consider a close offer. It is sold this way so you know what the price is, honestly offered with no games! I do advertise many of my vehicles locally, but if it is still listed here, it's still for sale! Please don't let the fear of buying sight unseen keep you from getting something you want. With my $500.00 guarantee, you have basically no risk buying online. Just give me a call on my cell @ 239-940-4170 and we can talk about anything you need to know! Well, that's my vehicle! You can always bid with confidence on any of my offerings as I strive very hard to offer quality along with an honest description. I have literally sold hundreds of cars and trucks here on eBay and built a very strong feedback rating, so you can feel comfortable with whom you are dealing. If you have any questions or concerns about anything at all, I am always just a phone call away. My cell number is 239-940-4170 and I have it on Monday through Saturday from morning until late at night. PLEASE feel free to give me a ring! I thank you for your interest in my vehicle! Bidding/Buying Policies The advertised vehicle will be described as accurately as I can, but remember these are used cars, they will show signs as such. As stated before, each offering is checked over and inspected before selling, but you are not bidding on nor am I selling new or high priced certified pre-owned cars, so there may be parts of the vehicle that are not like new. Depending on the age of the vehicle, the various systems involved will be at different levels of wear/service life and there may be the typical tiny, inconsequential chips/dings, blems and other signs of normal wear, inside and out, that you would expect on used vehicles. I will do my best to describe all the apparent and obvious things so you are clear on what you are buying, but I encourage you to call with any questions you may have before bidding. I want you to be well informed! You can always get ahold of me on my cell @ 239-940-4170. I will be more than glad to walk around the car while on the phone and describe everything I see to give you a hands on view. PLEASE READ MY FEEDBACK! It speaks volumes of how I do business! Of course, all vehicles are sold "as-is" with no warranty expressed or implied unless there is any remaining factory warranty. Cars are mechanical things and mechanical things can stop working! Especially electrical components. Like a light bulb, they can work perfectly, than all of a sudden, not! I am not responsible for check engine, service or other indicator lights or what ever else may stop working after you purchase. I have made all my history statements based on information readily available to me and cannot warrant or guarantee the information or statements as such. Also, there may or may not be extra keys, manuals, remote fobs or other accessories. If not pictured, it's probably not there. I ask that all successful bidders please contact me within 24 hours of auction end to begin process of completing the sale. Customer is responsible to obtain their own insurance on any vehicle purchased. Insurance is provided by the transport company for all vehicles during shipping, but my insurance ceases to cover anything once it is sold. Sold being described as when funds are received in full, not at the time the vehicle is delivered. According to Federal guidelines, all vehicles 10 or more years old are sold exempt from mileage guarantees unless specifically mentioned. If I have documentation to back up the mileage on these older cars, I will. Payment must be made by cash-in-person, cashiers check, money order or bank to bank wire transfer. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit will be expected within 3-5 days following close of auction and remainder paid within 7-10 days. If you have a special situation, please feel free to call ahead of time to discuss. I am very easy to deal with! Florida residents must include 6% sales tax. According to Florida law, if an out of state purchaser takes delivery of a vehicle in the state of Florida I am obligated as a licensed dealer to collect sales tax at a rate equal to the purchasers state sales tax and not to exceed 6%. The purchaser will then be given a notarized form from the State of Florida proving tax paid to present to their tax collectors office for sales tax credit. You DO NOT pay sales tax twice! Any additional fees or taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser. This does not apply to vehicles shipped out of state, only ones picked up in Florida. Buyer assumes the cost and responsibility of shipping. I already have contacts to ship the vehicle anywhere in the USA, so I can help arrange this for you and give you cost estimate ahead of time. If you are going to fly in and drive home, I will gladly pick you up from the Ft. Myers International Airport and provide you with a free 30 day temporary plate for your vehicle. You must have insurance before a temporary plate can be issued. All vehicles do have clear titles and are guaranteed to be clean and free of any liens or brands such as salvage or rebuilt. Occasionally, a title will be in transit from the bank or dealership because of a loan payoff and may not be in my immediate possession, but will be processed to you as soon as physically possible. Any buyer with a negative rating will be ignored unless he contacts me first with a good explanation. There is no sense in running up the prices by people who have problems following through with commitments. Remember you are entering into a legally binding contract. By the bidding and/or purchase of this vehicle, buyer obligates him or her self to agree with all guidelines and statements made on this auction page by the seller including "as-is" no warranty statements, sales tax regulations, and insurance requirements. My promise to you is to be as fair, honest and helpful as possible. I have been in the car business for a long time and have enjoyed much success here locally and selling on E-Bay. That did not come about by mistreating my customers or underhanded dealings. Give me a try and you will be pleasantly surprised. You can e-mail me with any questions or feel free to give me a call on my mobile phone @ 239-940-4170. Thank you again! Edward Zarick Licensed under Far South Auto Inc. 239-940-4170
