My Father ordered this car from Chrysler on 12-21-1981. This was one of the cars that Lee Iacocca had built to help turn Chrysler into a financially viable company. Since my Dad took delivery of this beautiful automobile in 1982, I don’t think he missed one parade from Port Townsend to Forks. He took great pride in showing off his car while allowing royalty to sit on the trunk and wave at the crowd. This was the only convertible in the USA to come with Front Wheel Drive along with a rear seat to accommodate four total travelers.
