Offered is a 1975 Suzuki GT750. This machine has been in climate controlled storage for approx. 12 years. I've had the bike for 1 of those years. I've had in in my shop waiting to do a restoration but have since changed my direction. The fuel tank has been stored empty and has very minimal surface discoloration inside. I've kept the crankcase and the cooling systems filled to the top to minimize any chance of rusting inside. The cylinders have had periodic oiling to keep the surfaces from rusting. The bike does NOT run but turns over freely. Bike is mostly complete. The chrome has very minimal pitting. The rear fender has a small crease on the left side. The tank has a dent on the front right side. Please note that the often missing coolant door on the front of the tank is there. The seat cover will need to be replaced. The seat pan is excellent. The wheel rims have a great shine and very minor pitting. Nearly all spokes are rust free. The tires are like new and appear to be a more modern tread design. Throttle works freely, clutch operates freely. Front and rear brakes work as the should. The exhaust pipes are totally stock and original, with only minimal surface rust on the inner section on the lower pipes. There is a small area on the right outer pipe that does have some scratches and a dent. Also the engine cover on the right side has scuffs. PLEASE look at the pictures carefully. This bike should be a fairly straight forward project. Simply get it running and ride as is or do a restoration and have a really beautiful, different bike. On Aug-27-14 at 04:51:22 PDT, seller added the following information: PLEASE NOTE: I would like to add there seems to be a small, slow oil drip from under the engine. There is a fairly good build up of oil and grease up under there. Sorry I failed to mention this earlier. I'm just trying to describe the bike the best I can. Also I did find the rear turn signals. One is complete the other is missing the stem to attach it to the frame.
