The current owner is the fourth owner and bought the car in May of '94 with 91000 orig. miles. Body is in great condition although the paint is alligator cracking throughout. Thoughts of a full repaint have been kicked around, but its only original once and from 15ft looks pretty good. Also, the car is a driver, don't need to stress about rock chips/other drivers etc. Car runs perfectly, all mechanicals are working as well as all electronics, even the A/C has been upgraded and works as it should. The 4 speed transmission is quite rare for this year, especially with air-conditioning. T-Tops are body color and have fresh seals, no leaks. Replaced engine in 2007 with a 300hp, 350 V8, trans is the original 4 speed that has been rebuilt. Ready for a new owner, turn the key and enjoy! Below is a list of major things done to the car since the current owner has owned it:1994: New shocks, New Car Cover, Clock converted to Quartz movement 1995: Universal joints replaced, turn signal switch replaced 1996: Replaced exhaust with cat., replaced fan clutch, replaced charcoal canister, rebuilt tilt steering assembly, replaced T-Top rubber seals, replaced leather Oyster seat covers with OEM equip, new rugs installed 1997: Rebuilt headlight canisters and seals, replaced steering wheel, rebuilt trailing arms and bushings (poly bushings), replaced radiator and fluids, replaced lower ball joints and suspension bushings (poly bushings), four wheel alignment done at 97,120 miles. 1998: New front brakes and brake hoses, replaced fuel tank hoses, replaced A/C accumulator, hoses, valve, drier and convert to 134 Freon, replaced quadrate carb unit with rebuilt unit 1999: Rebuild rear POSI unit. 2000: New Clutch, replaced antifreeze 2001: Rebulit alternator 2002: Replaced rear rotors 2003: Replaced idler arm 2005: Replaced A/C compressor, new evaporator control valve 2007: New stainless Steel brake calipers, brake lines and pads at 103k, Engine replaced with 300hp 350 Cu in, engine and water pump, oil pump, fuel pump, clutch disc, starter motor, rear emergency shoes. 2010: Replaced center console gauge printer circuit board 2011: Replaced transmission tail shaft seal and rear pinion seal, new Interstate Battery 2011: Complete rebuild of the original 4 speed transmission 2013: New tires and balancing All receipts of these items are included with the sale as are the original manuals. Fresh 5/15 PA state inspection. This is not a beater that has had the minimum done to it just to keep it running. This vehicle has been cared for and upgraded to the point where you should be comfortable driving it anywhere for any distance. Turn key classic that is becoming more valuable as time goes on. The only hang up with this car was the lack of horsepower from the factory. That has been addressed with a custom 350/300hp built by Joe Vigorita at ECAM racing motors, a local, highly respected shop owner. Car has been garaged since at least 1994, frame is in excellent condition, vehicle needs nothing mechanical.
