Overall the truck is in good shape. It runs great, the tires are good, the brakes are good. Now, it was sitting for about two years while I was deployed with the military. It was driven once a month, and started every few days. It could probably use a tune up. The oil has been changed within the last hundred miles, the transmission fluid was changed within the last 12 thousand miles, and the tires are maybe halfway through their life. The truck has always been well maintained, getting all the regular maintenance checks by the Toyota dealer. Please keep in mind it has been sitting so it may need some other maintenance. The inside can use a good detailing, and the front rugs are missing. I tossed the other ones out and was getting ready to get some new ones but I've decided to sell it. Most of the miles are highway miles. The truck was used predominately to go back and forth from Virginia to Florida. It has a few minor dings but they're very hard to notice because of the color of the truck (Thundercloud Gray). The car was in one accident and the small dent is still there on the rear bumper, again, because of the color its very hard to notice. The truck is also a one vehicle owner. The report will show multiple owners, I had it registered under the names of the friends and family that watched it for me during my deployments. This would be a good travel vehicle, a work truck, or a kids first car. If you're close I would suggest having someone come look at it. I hate to get rid of it, but I have a work car that I take home with me, and a nice fuel efficient car I use for my long trips to Florida. Keeping this cost me 1,400.00 a year to insure and its just sitting. I used this truck in a few blizzard snow storms and it cut through the snow like it was nothing. I was surprised the 4WD worked so well. Its sold as is, no warranties and the starting price will reflect that. I believe it will easily go over 300,000 miles with the regular maintenance. On Aug-17-14 at 06:56:09 PDT, seller added the following information: Sorry, I have'nt driven the truck in a while so I forgot to mention the hood latch gets stuck and the hood doesn't always close all the way. It won't open while driving, I know this because I've driven 80 plus with it like this, but should be fiddled with. I Googled the issue and several people have removed it, cleaned it, and the problem was solved. Seems it's common with these vehicles. Google the issue and check it out. This time I'll add that the truck has an alarm and an auto start that's about 2 years old.
