This 1971 911T is in good daily driving condition. It starts right up and runs strong with good pull through gears. It came to me with a upgraded 2.7L engine vs the standard 2.2L. it has quite bit more power then the standard T and should be more in line with the S series. I bought this vehicle for a restoration project due to its solid body. It is strong where many 911's are weak, namely the body had minimal rust in the rear floor panels where water runs down the rear window due to weak seal and sits floor boards. But i have another 911 and for various reasons unrelated to the car I decided not to pursue a rebuild. I would say the car is a great daily driver and a great base for a restoration project. The car does not have the factory Fuch wheels, the paint was redone somewhere along the way and is nice when buffed out but in general i would say ok, driver head rest is missing little side panel patch of fabric. The vehicle currently sits in Atlanta at my mechanics shop. To make it a better buy and solid daily driver i recently did the following work to the vehicle: SUMMARY OF WORK RECENTLY PERFORMED • Oil sump gasket replaced • Master cylinder replaced • Oil change • Battery replaced • Pedal Board replaced • Dash cap replaced • Added front floor mats • Repaired/repainted rust area in LH door • Buffed entire car • Painted hood grill • Removed acid rain spots from glass Feel free to send any questions you might have. feel free to schedule inspection.
