Super nice 1979 Ford Ranchero GT for auction. This is a no reserve auction; the highest bidder gets this incredible car. I will try to describe the car as honest as possible and to the best of my knowledge. You will find a lot of photos at the end of this auction. This is truly a classic that deserves to be in a collection. Every time I see the car I am more and more impressed. I am for 7 years in the classic car business now and I barely have seen a car that original. You will see immediately that this car was more in the garage than on the road. I can't find any evidence that the Ranchero was ever repainted. It looks like 100% original paint. You will find 4 bigger spots where you can see the metal (see photos) and you will find some scratches, nicks around the car and scratches in the bed. Other than that the car looks absolutely fantastic for being 35 years old. It shines like new. The body is in almost perfect condition with 1-2 little dents. No signs of any accident repairs. The interior is in immaculate original condition. It looks like a brand new old car. There are no rips, nothing is dirty or other defects. U won't even barley see any usage on the seatbelts. The clock does not work, everything else does. Just stunning. The car will start on the first key turn. The 351(M) engine runs smooth and the Ranchero drives very good. There are no weird sounds, pulling or any defects that I can tell. It brakes good and shifts good. Underneath the Ford I couldn't find any rust damage or signs of accident repairs (see detailed photos here too). I have the original Magnum 500 wheels for the car. You will decide which wheels you want. You can keep the Cragar or I will put the Magnums on it. One set I will keep; not that there are any misunderstandings. Also I do have the original rear window, window sticker, 2 sets of the original aluminum keys, some service records, original cassette tape that you got from Ford when you bought a new car back then and the original trailer towing package.
