Very nice original example of a first year CL175. This is the slope engine version. Bike is in very nice original condition but shows normal signs of wear for a bike this age. The seat cover is original and in good shape. Paint has some fading and wear, chrome is nice but not perfect. Mileage is low for a bike of this age. Tires are almost new Michelins. Bike comes with transferable NYS registration. In NY 1973 and older was transferable registration and not a title. Do the research on this before bidding if its questionable.. Bike is very very complete down to the original tool kit. It runs like a watch. Usually a 1 or 2 kick cold start. The 68 CL 175 also was kick only no electric start. It will be hard to find a nicer original 68 slope 175 CL for the price. Ride it or us as the perfect bike to restore. Even the frame stickers are in tact for the most part.
