1965 Ford Thunderbird Convertible for restoration. This is a no reserve auction and the highest bidder gets the car. The body is in good shape but it does have some rust bubbling on both sides at the rear wheel wells towards the rockers; see photos. The floor boards are not bad but two rust holes needs patching/attention. Overall it does need some rust repair but it is not a rust bucket. My body guy estimated the rust repair at around $500. The engine runs but needs a tune up. Brakes needs to be overhauled. The interior is all there but here also it needs restoration. I have all the parts + more parts. But I will sell the car at 90% complete. I do not want to be the bad guy if a piece is missing. Some exterior chrome pieces are already redone. Softtop is missing. With all that said it is a good project car. I just don't have the time to start with the project and want to pass it on to somebody who will bring her back to it's old glory. You won't be able to drive the car home if this is your intention. You will need to tow the car. I have a clean title that is ready to sign over into your name.
