So here it is...Old school madness in great condition. 1988 Gsxr 750 with a 1100cc motor in it. Not your ordinary 7-11, comes with hard to find Mikuni Flatsides. This is a very clean street legal drag bike or "sleeper". This bike has been well taken care of over the years. This bike has recently been gone through by a professional shop after I purchased it and fully serviced including a carb clean, oil change and a fresh cylinder hone with new rings and gaskets. The front forks have also just been rebuilt with new seals and fluid. The top-end has a bore of 82 mm compared to the stock 78mm. The 1100 motor is from a 1989 GSXR1100. The body has had some work done to it in the past and is solid and secured with stainless hardware. The body has also been spaced out accordingly for the use of the 1100 motor and 4-1 Yoshimura exhaust system. The paint could use a good buffing but still looks very nice. The small dent on the side of tank is hidden by the tank cover. Brake system functions very nice and is equipped with steel braided lines in the front for added stopping power. As seen in pics the Mikuni Flatside carbs have Vance & Hines pods. Tires; Front is a Pirelli Dragon Supercorsa Pro Race tire in 120/ 70/ 17. Rear is a Michelin Pilot 180/ 55/ 17 (biggest that will fit) Tires are next to new with no dry rot or punctures. Almost no miles on them. New Battery installed. Charging system is good. Chain and sprockets are very nice with minimal wear. No play off the rear sprocket. Clean title and bill of sale supplied I`m looking to downsize my collection of bikes and I have a few Gsxr parts/ project bikes I recently acquired and I will be listing them over the next few days. Included in these bikes is another 88 gsxr 750 parts bike (with stock motor) with a extended swing arm. Need to make room for other projects. This is a great old school crazy bike that could use a good home to someone that will appreciate it. A lot of work and expense has been put into this bike. These do not come up that often and I jumped on the opportunity at the time to own one for myself. Unfortunately, I have a garage full of vehicles and have to downsize. I do not give shipping quotes but highly recommend using the "Uship" shipping service. Local pickup is Ok as well. If the bike needs to sit for a few weeks for shipping arrangements to be made that`s fine. Paypal Payment preferred and I could send a detailed invoice for the total due.
