I am the second owner of this 1973 Beetle. I purchased it from a high school friend back in the mid-70's and used it as a daily driver for a few years. Since 1981 it has been used in the summer to get town at our lake cottage. It has always been stored in a garage. I have had it inspected and serviced every year. We have a good VW air cooled mechanic nearby who has kept it running well. There is no rust but a few years ago I had it repainted, same color, because the old paint was cracking in places and I was worried it might start to rust. The shop that painted it was impressed because the body was perfect. Chrome is all in good condition. Interior is all original (except the rubber floor mats). Only a small tear in the rear seat (visible in one of the pictures). She has never been wrecked and the title is clear. I am selling her because I have retired and we don't need an extra car. Hopefully someone will enjoy this Beetle for another 40 years.
