This Rangoon Red Classic 50th Anniversary Mustang with white electric convertible top and white interior was one of the first mustangs built in Dearborn Michigan in early 1965. This original Classic Mustang was built with the original 260 V8 engine.This classic collectible is original Ford equipment with the exception of the tires, AM/FM radio and electric convertible latch replaced in the 1990s by the Rotary Club. The car still includes the owner's manual and original shop manual, as well as the original leather cover for the electric convertible top. I am also including an article on the history of the early Mustangs. I obtained the car in a local Rotary Club Charity Raffle.
