Selling this for my Father in Law. Clean, good running Corvette. All original that I can tell, even the hoses have the original GM stamp on them. Pop up headlights work good, and the pop up cover over the wipers works good. Has been sitting most of the last 5 years in a garage. Was started and moved around a bit. Newer Soft top, newer battery, almost new stock red stripe nylon tires. Did check the rear brakes and they look good, many miles left. I have driven it around some, and runs and drives great. No power steering, no power brakes, or AC. Does have a Luggage rack on the trunk which I don't see many that have that extra toy. The car is need of some tlc. Undercarriage has some surface rust in spots, interior seats the welt is worn some. The hood needs repainted because of some paint bubbling -rest of the paint is good, with the typical cracking in spots, not in the fiber glass, just the paint. Over all Corvette is very nice just needs some paint and good to cruise the town... On Jul-05-14 at 08:19:15 PDT, seller added the following information: Father inlaw does have a hard top that he is willing to sell seperatly to the winner of the auction. We think it is from a 68. but not original to the this car. it is red, with black headlinner. If the winner Doesn't buy it, it will either be listed here or kept for his 1972.
