"Old Blue" 1966 Chevy Patina C10 Shop Truck with Rebuilt 350ci & 3 Speed TH400 Turbo 3 Speed Transmission--No Reserve Up for NO reserve auction is "Old Blue" a classic 1966 Chevy C10 1/2 ton hot rod truck. First off this is NOT your grandpa's truck. All I have done is used compressed air to clean it. Features: Rebuilt 1972 350ci cast iron engine. TH400 3 speed transmission. Rebuilt quadrojet carburator. Positrac 3:31 rear end off a 67 Chevelle from what I was told. Edlebrock engine valve covers. The upgraded headers & short pipe glasspac's are both nice & throaty when I drive her to town. Sounds fairly intimidating when started. "Old Blue" runs, shifts, & brakes fine & will leave some rubber behind if you are not too careful. Matching 235/75/15 tires all hold air however; they are fairly dry. Has some vintage chrome spoke rims which lower it somewhat. OG 2 tone blue & white paint. Please note: Some honest wear with some dings & dents with plenty of character/charm. Has most of it's original chrome trim. Body, interior & original wood bed ALL VG for age which are pictured clearly. ALL the bottom corners of the fenders, floorpans, rocker panels, & cab corners have been detailed & are all rock solid which is pretty darn rare indeed. Comes with the original GM AM radio in the cab. Complete with it's original California black plates front & back. Not much serious rust to speak of out here in the California Desert regardless. This truck was purchased at an estate in Keeler, CA. a ghost town about 17 miles east of Lone Pine, CA. 93545. Previous owner a local miner had purchased it new in the day from Miller Chevrolet of Lone Pine. She looks unassuming & is built for performance. "Old Blue" is ready to haul some moonshine to your mountain folk kin if you need to make some extra cash in the back country. Even has some gun racks in the back for both your shotguns too. Sold with a NO reserve & plenty of extra parts. Sold as is where is & will need a little of this & alot of that as this is a 49 year old truck.
