The MGC was new for 1968 and featured a domed hood to accommodate the dual carburetors and enlarged radiator, as well as uprated brakes, beefed up suspension and 15 1/2 inch wire wheels. The 145 HP motors could do a 0-60 in 10 seconds and topped out at 120 mph! Only 4.544 MGC Roadsters were built over the two years of production from 1968-1969, of which only 2,483 were imported to the US! In 2002 a complete show quality restoration was completed sparing no expense. The car instantly became a trailer Queen traveling up and down the East Coast entering 13 shows winning first place every time.
