This van has been sitting in a garage for at least 15 years. The owner worked on the Rock Island Arsenal. We are not sure if he himself had this imported due to his military background. This unit is very complete. It would not take much for a full restore. Unbelievable on the condition of the wood on the ceiling and sections of the interior. Rear Cushion is still there! The fridge, Sink, tables. Glass and all of the rubbers in impeccable condition. A little rust down low. Frame and main sections great. Seriously if you are needing parts and pieces these units are going up in value everyday! They don't make them anymore like this so parts are only going to get harder and harder to get!!! This unit is not running at this time. And a bill of sale will be provided to the winner. This unit is an absolute must if you are restoring these!!! On Jun-28-14 at 11:07:51 PDT, seller added the following information: I have received a lot of questions about the motor. The motor is all there. I do not know much about these vw motors. I originally was going to drop it off to someone to restore but a recent divorce has changed some priorities. I bought it because it was so complete and in good condition.
