Time to clean out my garage - I am selling my 2005 SL500 to make room. I am the 2nd owner of this car which I purchased in 2008 from my friend who owns a Dodge Dealership where this car was traded in on a Dodge Viper. And yes if you have looked at my other listing, this is the same dealership that I purchased the 09 SRT Hurst Challenger from. The first time I saw this car the owner of the dealership was driving it and I was immediately drawn to it. The Blue is so vibrant and different - it goes perfectly with the tan interior. There are a ton of your typical Black, Grey, Silver, White or even that terrible Red that MB put on these cars. This blue is different, gorgeous and accents the awesome lines of this car perfectly! When I bought the car it had just over 12,000 miles on it. There really isn't much to say with a car this clean...It still looks and drives as if it were brand new. It is highly optioned with the Panorama (Glass) Convertible Roof, Built in Radar System, Navigation, Leather/Wood Steering Wheel & Shifter, Multi-Disc CD Changer, Bi-Xenon Headlamps, TPMS, Automatic Pop Up Rollbar, and all the normal additions you'd have in a $100k plus Benz - (Airbags, Anti-Lock Brakes, Alarm, Dual Zone A/C, Cruise Control, etc...) The original owner was obviously a car fanatic like me. All original manuals are included as well as an extra set of brand OEM floor mats AND a set of rubber mats. I still have the 1st set of floor mats in the car for use as they still look practically brand new... but if you don't think so, you've got (2) other pairs to use! Carpets are perfect, console is perfect, wood is perfect. No scratches or stains on the interior.... seriously - it looks brand new. This car has been pampered and driven only by my wife or myself during summer 'top down' days. I am a Type A personality and am meticulous with my cars. If it gets driven - it gets vacuumed when parked. When I tell you this car is as good as new... it is. It's only got 19k miles on it - stored covered in a heated garage! You can look but You won't find a nicer or cleaner and definitely not better looking SL out there for the money. This car was over 100k new. I'll probably regret selling it the day after it goes, and I'm sure the new owner will appreciate her as much as I do. Please notice my 100% seller rating and bid with confidence.
