Vehicle Detail
Here is a nice complete CB175. Has just over 13k miles and is ready for many more miles. Shows normal patina for a 40 something year bike. The bike fires right up with a touch of the electric start button. It sounds like it was started 40yrs ago. No ticks or taps and runs strong. Two issues with the bike are a Tach cable and battery. Both will be replaced for the sale. All imperfections are shown in the pics and video, Front tire is very good and period correct. The matching rear tire shows slightly more wear than the front. All wear items, brakes, chain, sprockets, cables, clutch, wheel bearings, etc are all ready for a few years of riding. Left side of the tank has a scrape and a 1.5 inch dent repair. The tank is solid. Seat cover has a rip along the side. The seat cover is inexpensive. Check out the Preston Petty Udder Mudder mud flaps. The left sidecover is solid but faded and no emblem. The right side is the same condition but has a repair from a crack. Headlight seems to be color matched to bike instead of black. Headlight ears are faded. AAA aftermarket luggage rack in nice shape. Pipes are nice with some rust on the end of the left one. Gas and go or solid basis for total restoration. Follow link to walkaround of the bike. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-VZSVXDiLpU&feature=youtu.be The bike is titled and ready to register. It is advertised locally and reserve the right to end the auction at any time. No bids without greater than 5 feedback with contacting me first. This is a no reserve bike. BID IT TO WIN IT!! On Jun-28-14 at 06:25:57 PDT, seller added the following information: Installed a new battery and tach cable. Bike goes GREAT!! Fires right up!! Speedo/odometer/tach all working. Took it up to 60mph and went down the rode nice. Needs Gas and a new home!! Also, forgot to mention the original owners manual under the seat.
