I bought this bike only three months ago from a local doctor, who obviously never rode it. I got it for my son so we could ride the Trans America Trail together. I outfitted it with all the necessary goodies, including crash bars, bash plate, oversized side stand plate, luggage, Heidenau tires and hand guards. The trip got cancelled because of the huge floods and storms that recently went through the mid west. I had the bike checked at the local BMW dealer when I bought it and everything is great. This thing is ready for anything.
