Vehicle Detail

This is a 1970 c10 with modern power and reliability! It has a 2006 lq4 6.0 with a built 4l80e transmission. The engine has a comp cam that was spec'd for the truck to make power where it needs it, and also remain street and daily driving friendly. It also has new comp valve springs, pushrods, valve seals, and retainers. It also has long tube headers and was tuned by Nelson performance. The fuel system is all aeromotive including a1000 pump, filters, bypass regulator, and billet fuel rails. The transmission was built by Russell auto and has a 30,000 gvw plate and fin cooler and 3000 stall converter built by sonnax. The suspension has all been done with cpp springs, upper control arms, modular spindles, poly urethane bushings, custom adjustable panhard setup, and ride tech aluminum shocks. The rear end is a 12 bolt with a Detroit trutrac diff. The body and chassis have zero rust and are in excellent shape! The paint is a single stage urethane. Drip rails have been shaved. Interior is stock styled, with new kenwood deck, auto meter phantom gauges. The wheels are brand new and were custom made by Bonspeed and measure 19x9 front and 19x11 rear. The wheels alone are $2900 without tires! The truck is super fast, handles great, gets acceptable fuel economy, and is very very reliable to drive and enjoy everyday! I'm sure I've missed a lot of little things. The engine has about 65,000 original miles. the cam, springs, pushrods and seals have about 1,500 miles. The tranny has the same mileage as the cam, about 1500. The truetrac diff in the rear is brand new and has maybe 100 miles on it this spring. Tires and wheels are also brand new and maybe have 100 miles since new. The tires are kuhmo estes 255/35r19 front and 295/30r19 rear. The paint is in great shape and done winter of 2012/2013. The doors did seem to come out a shade darker than the rest of the body for some reason. I do have more of the paint, just havent fixed it. The only other small issues: driver door needs a new regulator and or guide. it works but is tight. The steering column needs to be freshened up as far as the bearings. and the speedo needs a module from dakota digital to convert the 8k ppm signal to 4k ppm. all other gauges function as they should including voltage, oil pressure, water temp, tach, and fuel level. On Jun-02-14 at 08:57:30 PDT, seller added the following information: This is a 1970 c10 with modern power and reliability!
