The Good Parts: 2000 Ford Excursion Limited 4 x 4 with 7.3L Power Stroke Turbo Diesel with electronic 4 spd auto transmission. 3.73 Ratio Limited slip axel, telescopic power heated t mirrors. Heated front seats. 6 Disc CD changer. 128,834 miles. The car runs great. Tires are good, brakes are good, A/C works great, Fuel filter recently changed. This was a second car we used when we need to go someplace with the entire family or for the approximately 20 local horse shows we brought one horse to. The kids are grown, the horse shows are over and since I used the truck only a few times in the last few years I am now selling it! The seats are in good condition with no rips or tears. The rug is in very decent shape as is the stuff on the ceiling. This car may have had various things smoked in it on occasion.... The bad parts (not so bad really) Damage to the body- there are scratches- there is a deep scratch on the passenger side (see photos) there are a few dings and dents in the bumpers etc. The car was never in an accident per say....just minor bumps into things at 5 mph...!!! The truck was factory undercoated when I purchased it. We kept this garaged until about 2 years ago.The undercoating is now starting to flake off and I am seeing light rust starting. There are two spots where the rust is NOT good. The rear wheel wells down by the running board have a lot of rust. From what I understand this is common and easy to have fixed. Before you bid please come see the car. I will not deal with any buyers remorse after the fact. The car is located in Danbury CT. With a few dollars and some time you could bring this car up to show stopper level.
