There is a crease on the drivers side below and behind the door(slid up against a pole at the shop on ice). There are paint chips the the doors from our work boots and around the wheel well fenders in back. It is solid bear metal. No rotting/rusting. The transmission is new. Replaced at our local Ford dealer at 73,000 miles (almost $4,000) The tires are in pretty good shape with quite a bit of tread left. The heater/air conditioning blower was recently replaced. Otherwise sound and ready to roll... The ladder/pipe rack and interior shelving come with it unless you would like me to remove them for you.
