You are viewing two 1978 First Generation Brats.Both Run, Both have 4speed Manual Transmissions, Both are 4WD and they both work. The Black Brat has been driven daily. The orange one was acquired to give to my grandson. The Black Brat has new clutch assembly, brakes,rear tires, alignment, plugs wires cap. I have the jump seats and rear head rests that will go with the truck. I posted the worst rust pictures on the Black Brat. The Orange Brat does not have as much rust The little truck will pull itself out of a hole and is front wheel drive when the 4WD is disengaged. There is no radio. The orange Brat runs and drive train is good. It needs drivers side axle and is readily available. I have never had trouble finding parts with the exception of the turn signal lenses.(Lets face it, most of these that were in salvage yards are long gone to the crusher) These are great restore projects, Farm trucks,or Off road. They are just plain fun to drive. They certainly turn a head and the younger generation always asks. "What is that"? ***Mileage posted is accurate.
