This is a survivor of the cold war and was used to service submarines off California coast and driven cross country to South Carolina..The step van is made OF STEEL by Boyerstown Auto Body Works for international Harvester.There is an automatic shift leaver next to the steering wheel to help navigate the grades on the hills.The motor is original with frozen valves from moisture in the motor when I purchased it back in the late 80's.There is a South Carolina title on the van and will be signed over and it will be sold as parts because of the age and condition needing to be restored will need a radiator and window glass.Some of the emblems are missing but the Navy has marked up the truck as one of theirs.The van is equipped with propane tanks for alternate fuel and is a very solid truck with only surface rust.The front clip needs metal panels around the wheel wells and the back door needs glass.The truck is very solid as is the center section including the roof and floors.So if you are interested in picking up a project truck you can buy it now in this listing and I will expect a $1000.00 deposit within 24hrs from end of auction and picked up 10 days there after.Thank you for your consideration and if you have any questions you may e-mail me.
