1966 Chevrolet C10 long bed truck. 283 V8 motor 2bbl carb with 3 speed column shift transmission. Truck starts and runs. Engine was rebuilt a few years ago as well as the transmission (new bearings and seals). Engine was rebuilt to standard specs no oversize internals. Have less than 1000 miles on rebuilds. Not sure of mileage on truck I'm not aware of how many previous owners. Body has paint chipping in places and a some paint cracks. Rear right portion of bed looks like bondo cracking. Repainted gold/white long before I bought the truck. Decent amateur job yet not professional. Truck has rust issues typical of these trucks. Both rocker panels, cab corners, lower rear section of front fenders,tailgate and flat section under hood near the upper radiator support. Rocker on drivers side almost completely gone (see pic). Truck has a some rust in floor pans also. Rear glass in good condition(small window) as well as side glass. Windshield has two rock chips ans a "L" shaped crack in lower left (see pics). Grill in good shape. Brakes work new E brake cables come with it not installed. Work started on turn signal switch but not completed. Aftermarket column mount switch is included needs installed. Tailgate has dent (see pic). Dent on back of cab behind passenger door( see pic). Wood in bed not stellar but useable missing small piece (see pics). Electric works other than that which involves turn signal switch. Rear bumper, battery, blower motor, heater core,clutch, voltage regulator and alternator all replaced in recent years. Interior has aftermarket seat cover( needs replaced) covering a updated reupholstered seat. Rubber floor mat installed a few years ago and a few other LMC interior updates. Radio section of dash has had newer cd player installed and dash has been molested sadly. Have original style am radio that will go with the truck. Tires are fair with full size hubcaps from unknown donor vehicle. I have been told the truck originally came from Kansas. I bought it through a second party through a large estate sale who didn't want the truck. Truck was my daily driver up until 4 years ago and hasn't moved much since.
