I am selling my 2003 Suzuki Sv1000S. It is Burning Copper Metallic which is a rare color for these bikes. It has about 21700 miles on it. I have had it about two years. The sv is a v-twin engine. These bikes are a little different than most Japanese sport bikes. Most sportbikes have an inline four cylinder engine which typically has to be revved pretty high to make power. The vtwin is different. They typically don't rev as high but have a lot of power and torque. They also have a different sound. This bike is completely stock mechanically. It even has the stock exhaust on it. I have made some cosmetic upgrades to the bike. It has a blacked out Puig windscreen. It also has flush mount led front signals. At the rear it has the rear fender eliminated and has tail lights with built in signals. It gives the bike a clean look. I have replaced the front pegs with pegs from a buell. This is a common mod for taller people as it lowers the pegs about an inch and makes the bike more comfortable. Also I didn't like having the rear pegs so I had some new rear pipe mounts made from aluminum to eliminate those. I just had an oil change done and just replaced the chain with a new EK x ring chain. Bike runs good and I just installed a new battery. The bike is in good shape but keep in mind it is 10 years old. It does have some minor scratches and scrapes on it but as you can see from the photos it looks nice. This bike has a clean and clear title which I have in hand.
