1966 Chevy Panel Truck 1 Ton, 10 foot bed. VERY RARE Truck was special ordered in 1966, by my father. He used it extensively in his business traveling throughout the mid-west, the deep south to the upper plains states. We believe the truck could have over a million miles but there is no way to know for sure. It was used daily until around 1980. It has had numerous replacement engines, a few transmissions and at least a couple rear-ends, among many other parts that were maintained over the years. The truck does not currently run. When it was last driven, the brakes worked very well (not power brakes) and the transmission and clutch worked very well too. The gas tank was reconditioned several years ago and the radiator was replaced at that time too. The custom built ladder rack served a variety of purposes during it's time and is still functional. The truck has extensive rust and corrosion but can still be rebuilt. The bed does seem to be in good condition.
