It has the 351 Windsor V8 (non numbers matching). The engine was rebuilt about 5,000 miles ago and runs strong. It has an Edelbrock Performer 4 BBL carburetor with electric choke and headers. Completely rebuilt 4 speed RUG transmission with new clutch assembly, power steering w/ new quick ratio box, power front disc brakes, factory air conditioning (missing compressor). The front suspension and steering were replaced with all new parts including upper and lower control arms, strut rod bushings, polyurethane sway bar bushings, pitman arm, and shocks. The battery and starter were also replaced within the last 12 months. The interior has new heater core, dash, headliner, sail panels, package tray, door panels and a new Auto Custom Sound am/fm stereo and speakers mounted in the correct locations front & rear. All the gauges work as they should. The horn is not working, and the turn signal does not cancel automatically on one side. The car was repainted last summer and new Mach 1 decals installed.Most of the underside has been painter with POR-15. The car has spent its whole life in Texas and has almost no signs of rust anywhere. It is not a show car (It has a few hail dings on the roof) but it is a rust free, reliable driver that I would not hesitate to take across country. Has a clear Texas title in my name. Not a show car, but a really nice driver & it turns heads everywhere. 1972 Texas License Plates stay with the car. Clear Texas Title in my name.
