This is one Nice ride! I have enjoyed this garage kept 1961 Bubble Top. This is the 2nd one I have bought first was a 63 from the same friend of mine.Then he bought this 61 & owned for approx 10 yrs & before he passed away I purchased the 61 from him because i knew how much of a perfectionist he was &, how anal he was about his cars & since I have owned it I have had many things done such as new tires,all new batteries, hydraulic lines, dual master cylinder ,carburater & much much more. He so wanted to find a nice Bbble Top & he found this car in North East by a one owner to my beliefe. He was very proud of this car & did some nice quality work from paint to interior totally garage kept & showed much love.He was diagnosed with a illness & needed to sell car before his passing. I couldnt refuse the car knowing I had already bought his first one:} I have spent over 10k on the car myself with New Cooper white walls,trunk all redone all new hydraulic pumps lines & batteries wich are only used to set the car dn as I believe it shows nicely.had engine all gone over & replaced many things from battery,carburator,fuel pump,belts,hoses,dual master cylinder,& on I aso had engine done over & made right...The only thing I can think of is that the clock just recently quit working...Please call with any questions that i may be able to answer in your bidding process 513-374-7228...Car is being sold to make room for new toy...
