This is straight clean car with good bones. It is not a perfect car, but the selling price will reflect that. If you are looking for a convertible for the summer and do not want to spend a lot of money, you have found your car. Please look at the pictures carefully as I have tried to show all defects possible. There is no hard top. You are buying this car as is, with no warranties. What you see is what you get. SPECIFICATIONS: 6.0 liter V-12 rated at 389HP @ 5200 RPM, 420 ft-lb torque @ 3800 RPM, front engine, rear drive, automatic transmission, fuel capacity 21 gallons. EPA estimate 13 MPG city and 17 MPG highway. FEATURES: Power steering, power brakes, automatic temperature control, AM/FM/CD, leather seats, power seats and chrome wheels VEHICLE CONDITION: INTERIOR: At a quick glance the interior is clean, not perfect, but not bad for a car of this vintage. The leather on the seats is worn, there are several pieces of storage doors that have broken pieces, but do open and close. The rear view mirror is broken off. The speaker covers are cracked. I tried to take pictures to show everything. The power top is not working. It does click when you hit the button, but nothing moves. EXTERIOR: The body is straight with no dents. There are chips on the hood and scratches on the deck lid (see pics). EXTERIOR TRIM: All trim is intact with normal wear and tear for this vintage vehicle. The power antenna works, but looks like it was bent slightly, which is not letting it go all the way down, or all the way up. GAUGES/INSTRUMENTS: All gauges and instruments are working as they should. There are some lights on shown on the dash (see pic). Not sure what they are, so I took the pic while the car was running. EXTERIOR LIGHTS: All lights are in good working order. ENGINE/DRIVE TRAIN: The engine and drive train all work as they should. The engine starts right up with no unusual noises or vibration. There was some blue smoke coming out of the tailpipe when the car was idling for a few minutes. It also was surging, but then stopped. The transmission shifts as it should. TIRES: The mismatched tires have approximately 5% tread remaining and need to be replaced. BRAKES: The brakes are quiet, stop smoothly with no swerving or diving. The pedal feel and response are normal. UNDERHOOD: All fluid levels are up to specification. TERMS OF SALE: A $250 deposit within 3 days of auction end and balance to be paid within 5 business days. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, cashier’s check or bank check only! Buyer will arrange, pay for, and have the vehicle shipped within 30 days of close of auction. We will be glad to help with transportation. NJ residents will be required to pay 7% NJ sales tax. There is a $160 documentation fee. Temporary tags are available for $8 if you pick the car up and want to drive it home. Proof of insurance is required. Good Luck!
