Up for auction is a 1968 Datsun 2000. Vehicle does run, has been sitting thru winter. Will need brakes. Previous owner primed the vehicle, but it does need bodywork. Good solid car, floors and trunk are solid. Hood has hole where previous owner cut out for breather, is fixeable. Does not have the correct seats. Convertible top has been removed for replacement, but the roof mechanism is there and works as it should- manual top. Previous owner installed a Ford 4 cylinder with automatic, as I said the motor runs, I have driven it around a few times, has good power and does not smoke. Needs ignition switch, apparently previous broke it in the switch and installed a toggle switch. This car will make a sweet little project, they are getting very hard to find, especially one with solid floors. I simply have too many projects and this one is down the list too far, I want it to go to a good home.
