this car was born an sunflower yellow ls5 4spd coupe and has been converted to an LS6 4psd coupe. I am an NCRS judge and have made this a correct LS6 clone in virtually every way that can be done, car has the correct 074 aluminum heads, 569 intake, original born with 512 block dated Jan 28th, 1971 on a February 23rd build date, 4 bolt mains, frsh motor with less than 500 miles on, this motor has all of the best internals forged everything, custom pistons with 11.0 to 1 compression that runs on pump gas with 38 degrees of total timing Transmission is a liberty built m20 with a steel midplate and fully bushed case, this is the weak point in a Muncie Rear end, currently the original pig is in the car with a toms differential4.30 ring and pinion that is fresh, I have a complete 4.10 pig along with a gm 3.73 r&p and a gm 3.08 r&p Leaf spring, f41 rear spring, I have the regular suspension rear leaf spring and the original leaf spring that came in the car. I have saved virtually all parts taken off of the car and they could go with the car if the offer is reasonable Interior, deluxe black leather with recovered seats and new interior, original am/fm stereo that works perfectly This car has been in 5 magazines and has participated in the Pure Stock Muscle Car Drag race, you can see it on YouTube by punching in 71 ls6 corvette. You will see I loose virtually every race, as I will not power shift the car, I just cannot abuse the car like that. I am only selling the car to purchase another muscle car, so this is not a fire sale, as it is sitting on the hoist in my garage above my Copo Camaro.
