Hello, I am selling another one of my Audi's. I am trying to downsize my collection as you have seen in previous auctions already..This is a rare 1985 Audi 4000 CS Quattro Sedan. Completely unmolested nice original car. Has been repainted about a year and a half ago. Original Tornado Red color. Original Ronal r28 Wheels with almost new Toyo Eclipse All Season mud and snow rated tires. Interior is in Excellent condition. Magnaflow Muffler 2 years ago. I have been driving it in a foot of snow the last 3 days going everywhere. Anyone who knows these cars, they are able to go anywhere you want. Original Owners Manual. In the last 2 years, New rear calipers, pads, rotors, control arm bushings, front struts, strut bearings, bump stops, 4Wheel Alignment, Fuel Filter, tie rods. So much has been done to the car. JVC CD with usb, etc. Will add more later. On Feb-09-14 at 21:01:00 PST, seller added the following information: Some dings here and there, all windows work. burn hole and minor wear in driver seat as pictured. On Feb-10-14 at 18:34:18 PST, seller added the following information: Within the last year the car has had near 3K in fixing all the things it needed. This was done by Derracuda who is well known in the audi forums. Timing belt service, water pump, idler roller, motor mounts, trans mounts, rear diff mounts, shift linkage and bushings, passenger window regulator rebuilt, interior lights, and several other miscellaneous things such as door handle stuff, locks, mirrors making it all work properly. Windshield is not cracked, all glass is good. This car has the computer which shows you mpg, miles till empty, avg mph, timer, etc. I like this feature a lot. There are no cracks in the dash at all. the lower dash is perfect as well. rear dash carpet is nice still. Quattro Floor Mats. I will be adding a Photo-bucket link with pics of everything. Pics finally.:) The weather has been horrible here and ive been driving the car in snow and rain, so i had to clean it up and hope for no rain to get you good photos. A few more things i remembered, the sunroof seal is new as well as the power antenna is new and functions as it is supposed to. Kinda rare!! The sunroof was taken out and completely cleaned and lubed and put back in..so rebuilt persay..there was a broken arm that had to be replaced. The car is not perfect! I know there was a white one just like it exactly that sold for 12k+ on here..this is close to that car in some ways..mechanically and electrically they are equal, as both cars have been gone thru. Exterior is not as nice as that white one was, wow that car was gorgeous..there are a few dings still and some scuffs and scratches, etc. I am taking pics of all the imperfections and trying to make sure to show and tell you anything you want to see or know. There once was a box and amp in the trunk, so the wiring is still there if new owner chooses to add again. Door and rear dash speakers are infinity, front tweets are polk. The e-brake doesnt work very well. I have a new pair of e-brake cables I havent had installed yet. I might try to install them before the sale, but either way you can have them installed fairly easily if I cant get to it. Keep asking questions and I will answer anything and put it on here as well. I replaced the rear center light section with an uncracked one and will also replace the left and right tail lights with nicer ones this weekend and re-seal them as well. Ive had a better set around, just havent put them in yet, but they will be in for new owner. There has been so much labor put into the car fixing all the little things and doing all the rubber replacing everywhere, major maintenance, etc. timing belt service done last year, and as well it was done in 2009. I have original owners manual, receipts for the last 10 years. original keys still work for all doors, trunk, gas cap. Ignition key is different as it was replaced last year with new ignition. Passenger door handle is on its way out and still works fine, but will break in the next couple years probably. Car just turned 119,600 miles today. Those asking about driving to wherever they are, I would drive this car to florida, new york, anywhere without hesitation.
