2005 SUZUKI BOULEVARD M50 VZ800 MECHANICS SPECIALThis bike does not run This Suzuki does not run. It was bought at a dealer only auction AS-IS. There were no announcements made about the running condition and I purchased it under the assumption that it did run or at least the motor would turn over. The motor locks up. It is not totally seized but locks up at a certain point. With a little coaxing it will turn over but only briefly then locks up again. The motor or trans will have to be rebuilt. To what extent I do not know as I have done nothing to verify what the problem is. I have other projects and this was not bought as one. This bike could be fixed or bought and parted out. The overall condition is excellent and is not indicative of a bike abused or to have a bad motor. The bike does seem to have fallen over at one point. The tank has a small ding about the size of a dime and the clutch lever is busted. They are the only two physical problems I noticed. Even the tires are in great shape.
