My pride and joy is now for sale. 2002 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 6sp factory LS6, HUD, MOD red interior. NOW: LSx 6.0L supercharged, widebody, TigerShark, big brakes, etc. This is what I do for a living, so expect me to have an answer to all of your questions as I know every last square inch of the car I built. Chassis is at 98xxx miles, engine 36k miles with 4k miles since the build. The car started as a factory coupe hardtop Z06 and ended up being one of the most exciting daily driver's I've ever built or driven. Factory ls6 block has been replaced with an ironblock 6.0 (lq4), carrying all the essential, power-making hardware from the LS6 - with a few personal touches in the process. The car is also supercharged with a Vortech V2 watercooled kit running about 8psi, converted to MAP instead of MAF, with BOV setup (LOUD!!!), tuned in HPTuners by Mayhem Motorsports in Raleigh NC. 62lb injectors, 340lph fuel pump. SLP LS1/6 long tube headers, SLP x-pipe, SLP PowerFlo exhaust system. MOViT big brake front (396x36) and rear (342x28) - these brakes are HUGE and amazing (over $10k!!!). Slightly lowered on factory bolts, upgraded T1 sway bar front and rear (one of the thickest available). C6z 18/19" oem wheel setup, recently stripped and powdercoated "black chrome" wrapped in BRAND NEW Kumho 335's VictorRacer tires on the rear. Race (reclining) seats with 4point harness and harness bar/stiffner/camera mount. In addition to the factory head-up display, it also has an Alpine touchscreen/dvd/bluetooth/GPS headunit with camera (not backup camera, but a camera inside my front bumper, with a view at the road directly in front of my front bumper lip). BOSE factory speakers and custom made subwoofer enclosure (1x JL10"). Original MOD RED interior car (lower dash, door panels and seat inserts were red from the factory - highly desirable and expensive). Professional tint. Tigershark v2 (NOT FIBERGLASS!!) front bumper conversion with lip. Stationary headlight conversion with hi and low beam HID (still have original flip out lights). Rear quarter panel converted to "widebody" or "flared" fenders (gained a substantial amount of room for more tire). Flush mount tail lights, misc LED bulb conversion for modern look. New 2013 Porsche charcoal pearl paint. Recently painted professionally, DEEP CLEARCOAT with amazing shine (no scratches or dents). The car makes 560-580rwhp depending on the dyno, on pump gas and fairly low boost. Excellent air/fuel ratio, conservative timing, pump gas tune only (never ran on race fuel). The car has lacked traction, until the recent upgrade to the VictoRacer sticky 335s on the back! It's incredibly fast, stable, handles excellently and brakes like no other. Recent maintenance includes all fluids flushed, new clutch, new gaskets, new plugs, injectors, belts, hoses, waterpump, thermostat, pulleys, tensioners, clutch, etc. This car still gets 31-32 MILES PER GALLON on every single highway trip or commute. The power delivery is very streetable and clean. A lot of money has been sunk into this car, but it resulted in a well balanced car: daily driver, trailer queen or track car. Only offering for sale while I also have my c6 z06 for sale - whichever sells first, I keep the latter. I own a specialty and performance shop and am very experienced with the LS platform (other LSx cars in the garage are: 2 other c5's, 1 c6z, s14 s40sx LS1 car, 66 Chevelle LS1 car, etc.).
