This is a No Reserve auction with what I hope everyone will agree is a very reasonable opening bid price of $1,000. Please bid to win as somebody is going to get a very nice car. I don't see well enough to drive it anymore, and my wife prefers driving her Benz. There's no sense in it just sitting. Car starts right up and runs great. No motor or transmission issues at all. Only a couple of thousand miles on almost new tires and brakes. I bought it from Lincoln Dealership with 36,473 miles in 2002. It had been on a 3 year corporate lease. I'm an old guy who used it almost exclusively for highway travel between homes in NY, Northern VA and NC. I got 25-26 miles to the gallon. Except for the past 12 months or so, it was always kept inside heated garages. It's currently parked in my driveway in Fountain, NC As a retired ExxonMobil employee, I always used Mobil 1 Synthetic Oil, and I always used Exxon or Mobil premium gas. Interior is in excellent clean condition with no rips or tears in leather. Couple of coffee stains on carpet, but nothing too noticeable or that floor mats won't hide. I had custom made floor mats with my name on them so I'm keeping them. Exterior is in very good condition other than damage to bumpers and windshield. It will need a replacement windshield, but that's $200 or less. Paint is still very shiny as would be expected from a garaged car. Wheels have some curb rash and discoloration, but nothing too noticeable. It could pass for new except for the bumpers and windshield. I'd get in it right now and ride it anywhere without worry if I could find a driver. Car will be cleaned inside and out with fresh wax job for new owner. Cash in person only. Pick up only.
