Vehicle Detail
You are looking at a 1959 Studebaker Lark 2 dr hard top. Its a real barn find, loaded with factory options. It has a big v8 4 bbl carb.. air condition power brakes and power steering, front sway bar. It has automatic transmission.. This car is an excellent restoration car. My dad drove the car around some and got a little trash in the carburetor. it also needs brake work. he did get the drums turned and you will see them laying in the seat, My dad was going to try and restore this car but he has recently gotten some health problems and his age and he is not able to restore the car. So I am going to try and sell it for him..The motor in the car sounds very good. I am putting a $150.00 non refundable deposit to be paid thru pay pal.. Please only serious inquires. email me with any questions and or leave me a number and I will get the answer and get back with you. The deposit will be due thru pay pal within 2 days and the rest paid in cash on the day of pickup up. also if you win the bid I will give my dads address and I will be there with him when you get there to pick up the car. thanks so much for looking. God bless and happy bidding. My dad is about 20 minutes on the side of VA tech college going toward West Va. and I am about 25 or 30 minutes on this side going toward Roanoke VA. I am also going to list 2 other ones. in the next day or so. another very nice barn find. and a wrecked one for some major parts. I also wanted to add that all sales are final. On Nov-24-13 at 09:57:42 PST, seller added the following information: I have a little update that I have had questions on. the chrome piece across the back of the trunk in laying in the back seat. the motor runs but the carb needs work. cannot drive it upon a trailer. my dad drove the car out of the barn and I guess that it got trash in the carborator. You can find a carb kit for it on the internet at carburetor doctor. and it has a new head liner but the interior needs work as any car would need while being parked. If there is any other questions please let me know asap, the end is getting closer. thanks
